These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RankForge platform operated by RankForge LLC. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

RankForge provides SEO automation tools including rank tracking, site audits, alerts, and scheduled email reporting.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account and all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.

3. Acceptable Use & Email Obligations

You agree that any email address you add to RankForge for reports or notifications has provided you with lawful consent to be contacted. You will not use RankForge to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam).
• Upload purchased, rented, or harvested email lists.
• Send deceptive, fraudulent, or unlawful content.
• Violate the CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, GDPR, or the AWS Acceptable Use Policy.

Violation of these obligations may result in immediate suspension. See our Anti-Spam & Email Policy.

4. Fees & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

RankForge and its content are owned by RankForge LLC. You retain ownership of data you submit.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate by closing your account at any time.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankForge's liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
