• Billing data: processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
• Recipient data: email addresses of report recipients that account owners add.
• Usage data: log data, device, and analytics to improve the service.

• To provide and maintain the service.
• To send transactional, notification, and report emails (see our Email Policy).
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To respond to support requests and improve our product.

3. Legal Basis & Consent

We share data only with sub-processors necessary to operate the service — including Amazon Web Services (hosting and Amazon SES for email), and our payment processor. We do not sell personal data.

We retain account data while your account is active and delete it within 90 days of account closure, except where retention is legally required.
